Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Everyone starts as a customer; any user may request to create a shop, subject to admin approval.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform — no spam, harassment, fraud, scraping, or attempts to bypass safety controls. Be respectful to shops, staff, and other customers.
Prohibited businesses & content
Servexes is a family-friendly marketplace. Businesses and content related to sex/adult services, drugs, alcohol, gambling, weapons, violence, hate, or adult spa/massage are banned outright and blocked automatically. Full details are in our Safety & Family-Friendly Policy.
Reviews
Only customers who completed a booking may review a shop (one review per shop per 30 days, editable for 48 hours). Fake, incentivised, or abusive reviews are not allowed and may be removed.
Shop owners
Shop owners are responsible for their listings, services, prices, staff, bookings, and for honouring confirmed bookings. Servexes does not process payments between customers and shops — customers pay shops directly — and is not party to those transactions.
Payments
Shops pay a monthly subscription and optional verification badges; see Pricing and our Refund Policy. Customers use Servexes for free.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to content removal and a multi-strike process: warning, then a temporary posting restriction, then a permanent ban. Severe violations may result in an immediate ban. We use soft-deletion and keep an audit trail.
