Refund Policy

This covers shop subscriptions and verification badges. Customers never pay Servexes, so this policy applies to shop owners.

Free trial

New shops start with a free trial — no charge during the trial. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, paid features simply stop; you're not billed.

Subscriptions

The shop subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime; your shop keeps its paid features until the end of the current paid period, after which it isn't renewed. Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial months. If a payment fails, there is a short grace period before paid features pause.

Verification badges

Badges are an optional monthly add-on and can be cancelled anytime; the badge remains active until the end of the paid period. Badge fees are non-refundable for partial months. See Pricing for current tiers.

Customer ↔ shop payments

Servexes does not process payments between customers and shops. Customers pay shops directly, so refunds for a service are handled by the shop. If you have a dispute, contact the shop first, then open a ticket via Feedback & Support.
