Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, username, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, city, and country. Shops you create include business details (name, category, address, hours, photos). We also record activity needed to run the service: bookings, reviews, follows, and notifications.

How we handle location

Location sharing is opt-in. Your default city/area is stored to power discovery. Your live location (used to show the distance to a shop while you track a queue) is held only temporarily in memory and is never written to our database. It is never shared with other users or shops — only the calculated distance is shown. You can turn location sharing off at any time in Settings.

How we use your data

  • To provide discovery, booking, the live queue, reviews, and notifications.
  • To keep the platform safe (fraud, spam, and policy enforcement).
  • To improve the product and measure performance.

Who we share data with

We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate: our payment provider (for shop subscriptions and badges), object storage for images, and email delivery for transactional messages. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can access and edit your profile, download your data, and delete your account from Settings. Deleted accounts are soft-deleted with a grace period before permanent removal. See also our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Content removed for policy reasons may be retained in audit logs.
